Sleep is for the Weak

So, I've been thinking. This whole sleeping at night is really overrated. I've found that it's more than ok to to take a couple short naps while I'm with my grandparents during the day. Sleep from 3-7 when mom gets home from work and trust me, she tries her darnest to keep me awake, everything from bathing to tummy time but I like that sleeping time. Since I like to take my beauty sleep at that time, I'm up all night. Last night, mom put me down again at 8:30 so she could go to bed before I woke up at 11 for my midnight snack. That was ok but after snack time, I didn't want any of this sleep stuff. I cried and screamed and yelled until she came to get me. We went back to her room and got in bed. This wasn't working for me either. By this time, it was almost 3 am and she thought that maybe I was hungry again, I'm a very good eater now. I wanted a little of my bottle but not too much. I started to get those heavy lids and I could see mom smile out of them. It was all a joke. She put me down and I lasted for a less than 45 minutes, my sleep lamb hadn't stopped playing the ocean sounds yet before I let out a blood curdling scream. You would think that someone came in through the window and was trying to get me, I was just timing how quickly it would take mom to get into my room. After this we tried the couch for a little bit, I didn't like this either. So, mom and I hung out in the living room until she had to get ready this morning. This is such a fun game. The picture I've posted is from me this morning. I look refreshed don't I? I have a big weekend planned. I'm going to spend the night with Nana and Pop tonight, I have a card for Pop's birthday. Tomorrow we have something called I Love Smyrna School District Day. Mom said that alot of people will be there....I love people. Sunday, mom is judging a comp in the morning and Aunt Shea just told her that my cousin Tyler's birthday is this Sunday, not next Saturday so we'll be going to that as well. I'll let you know how my weekend was on Monday.
